 Civic Center Square is in the process of developing the 2400 Building, a state-of-the-art, multi-use building at 2400 Tulare Street. This 86,000-square foot facility will be a Class A professional building equipped with modern technologies for data transmission, Internet access and card-key security. It will feature two high-speed elevators and designer finishes in the common areas, lobbies and restrooms along with a fiber-optic infrastructure. The parking lot will be secured, covered and require card-key access. In addition, there is a storage area for our clients’ convenience. The 2400 Building will be available mid 2004. |
