Civic Center Square, Inc. (CCS) began as a vision and feeling in the heart of John Tutelian. Today, his vision of a business center that brings together prosperous companies and vibrant retail stores and restaurants in a community of mutual benefit is realized.
Established in 1975 as a development company of
downtown real estate, CCS is the owner and developer of
the choice office and retail redevelopment projects in
downtown Fresno.
The CCS redevelopment project encompasses a six-block
area located within the Mariposa Redevelopment Plan,
more specifically, within the boundaries of Tulare
Street, Inyo Street, M Street and P Street. This is
within the same area in which the Exhibit Hall expansion
was completed in December 1999 and the new federal
courthouse project is underway.
Presently, CCS is pre-leasing the 2400 Building at Civic Center Square, a four-story office building and parking garage, to be constructed on Tulare Street between N and O Streets. Civic Center Square is a pedestrian friendly, commercial and retail community that blends the history of downtown Fresno with a clear vision for the future.
