 CCS has a rapid-response team that can be reached by phone, fax, or email to take care of our tenants’ needs. Maintenance: CCS provides a crew of skilled maintenance technicians that perform regular building maintenance and general “handyman” duties. Custodial: CCS employs trained personnel to clean during non-business hours, providing well-kept sites and common areas. Security: CCS provides a combination of on-staff personnel and outside professionals to patrol the grounds and parking lots 24 hours a day – keeping all tenants, customers and property safe. Parking: CCS offers separate tenant-only and clientele lots. All lots are foot-patrolled by security personnel daily. Landscaping: CCS’s facilities are surrounded by trees, flowers and green grass – drawing in customers and ensuring that our properties are an enjoyable environment for tenants and customers alike. |
